We do not accept returns on our Virgin hair and units. Exchanges are acceptable on hair that has not been worn, opened, damaged, or altered in any form. 

All lace closures and frontals are a final sale item. Trillion Hair is not responsible for any item that has been damaged due to bleaching, coloring, heat, etc. 

All online sales, coupons, or promo codes are use for online purchasing ONLY. 

1 coupon or promo code may be used per online purchase, no two codes may be combined. 

Please allow at least 2-3 days for processing your order. Once  we receive your order, you will get a confirmation email and will receive your tracking number via email also once your package has been shipped. Preorders are shipped on the scheduled release date.

All custom unit orders are to be placed via email. You can email all orders at trillionhair.22@gmail.com. Please allow up to 5-7 business days on custom unit orders.
